| What is a MultiPak?
An efolkMusic MultiPak is a lot like a pre-paid
long distance phone card. With phone cards, you pre-purchase
minutes that you can use for long distance phone calls
later. And when your minutes run out, you simply buy
another Phone card. In the same way, MultiPaks are pre-paid download credits, that you can use to download tracks
from efolkMusic.com. And when you've used up all your
credits, just buy another MultiPak.
Why should I buy MultiPaks?
For two reasons: simplicity, and savings. Buying music has never
been easier! Once you've purchased a MultiPak, you can go to efolkMusic's Artist Pages and download tracks that normally sell for
98 cents, in just one click. You may buy tracks individually;
you do have to put in your credit card information every time you buy
a track. With MultiPaks, you get
a bulk rate discount that you don't get if you buy each track individually.
How do MultiPak's work?
It's very simple. First, select how many credits you want to
purchase. The bigger the MultiPak, the more you save. After you've
purchased the MultiPak, head to any artist page with downloads-
you'll notice that all the links that once said "Buy Track "
now say, "Download Track "! (NOTE: If the links still
say "Buy Track", please login to your account again and
then head back to the artist page. You must have cookies enabled
in your browser to access your account.) Just click on the link,
the file will download, and 1 credit will be deducted from your
account.
What if I download a track that I already
"bought"- will another credit be deducted?
No, if you hit the download button on a track you've
already purchased, our clever system tell you that you've
already got it, that you can download it again if you
want. You won't use a credit.
Do I have to wait until I've used up my previous Multi-Pak to
purchase another one?
No, if you already have a few credits, you may buy another MultiPak,
and your new credits will be added to your old ones.
When do these credits expire? How long can I wait before I use
them?
Your MultiPak Credits don't expire until we do, and we're in
this for the long haul, with your support.
